Discover NGI Sargasso Second Open Call Innovators Shaping a Human-centric Internet

NGI Sargasso has completed its second open call, welcoming 80 innovative minds poised to shape the Internet of the Future for future generations.

Following rigorous evaluation by external mentors, these nine projects have been chosen to receive up to €100K in equity-free funding and participate in a nine-month Capacity Building program led by NGI Sargasso partners and expert mentors:

✅DPP-CRC- Digital Product Passport for Carbon-Reduced Concrete: This project aims to provide verified, tamper-proof data along the production chain, crucial for reducing concrete's carbon footprint, by leveraging SSI technologies and zero-knowledge proofs.

✅DES- Decentralised Electronic Signature using Blockchain-based Digital Identity: Revolutionising digital authentication with a blockchain-powered decentralised electronic signature system, integrated with Gov-Smart for enhanced security in public sector transactions.

✅GUARDIAN- Detection and Recovery from Ransomware for Attacks to Data in Motion: This is a toolkit for detecting and recovering from ransomware attacks on data in motion, helping you stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.

✅HPQCSSI- Hybrid Post-Quantum Cryptography Self-Sovereign Identity Stack: A quantum-secure self-sovereign identity manager bridging EU and USA gateways for a human-centric future internet.

✅Melisseus- Large Language Models as Defensive Honeypots: Large Language Models to deceive human attackers and provide insights into their tactics.

✅RSFA- Rosetta Stone for APIs: An open-source solution for aligning APIs with industry ontologies for global interoperability.

✅SIDIHub- Sustainable & Interoperable Digital Identity: Building cross-border interoperability for digital identity to accelerate trust services.

✅Trustless Democracy: Decentralised Digital Sovereign Identity and Voting System using Blockchain Technology.

✅VeriRecruit: AI-Driven Interview Analysis for Precision Hiring: fostering trust and elevating recruitment experiences.
