eSSIF-Lab has already kicked off the programme for another 9 components to its SSI Framework. Even if initially it was planned to have 6 proposals, the availability of funding made it possible to increase the number of selected proposals to reinforce and expand the framework, contributing thus to eSSIF-Lab main goal: boosting the uptake of SSI technologies.
There were 21 submitted applications before the last deadline of the Infrastructure-oriented Open Call - 123 applications started all together, from 18 different countries.
Selected projects are to contribute with Self-Sovereign Identity open-source components that have joined the SSI Framework of the eSSIF-Lab project and are already working jointly with the rest of the ecosystem.
