Nominate your favourite .eu websites for the 2021 .eu Web Awards!

Do you have an outstanding website that you want to show to the whole world? We invite all SMEs, start-ups and projects in the FundingBox community who have chosen .eu, .ею or .ευ domain extensions for their online presence to join the 2021 edition of the .eu Web Awards.

The .eu Web Awards are an online competition, designed to put the spotlight on the best websites, using .eu, .ею or .ευ. You can read all about it at https://webawards.eurid.eu/.

Since 2014, EURid, the registry manager of .eu, .ею and .ευ, has acknowledged and enhanced the visibility of hundreds of innovative, beautiful, and impactful websites. You could be the next winner!

The six dynamic categories open for nomination are:
· Leaders: established national businesses;
· Rising Stars: especially created with start-ups and SMEs in mind;
· Laurels: educational institutions, charitable organisations, or pan-European projects;
· House of .eu: blogs, news outlets, and the media;
· Better World: green initiatives and environmentally-friendly organisations;
· Best of .ею or .ευ: websites that use the .ею or .ευ extensions

How can you join the .eu Web Awards?

1. Nominate: Nominate your favourite .eu, .ею or .ευ website at https://webawards.eurid.eu/.
2. Vote: We encourage all website holders to spread the word through their social media platforms in order to gather as many votes as possible by 5 August 2021!
3. Finalists: The top three eligible websites under each category with the most votes will become the 2021 .eu Web Awards finalists.
4. Winners: The finalists will be revealed on 16 August 2021 and winners will be announced at the Gala in September 2021!

Finalists with the highest scores from the jury will be selected as winners, and will be announced during the Awards ceremony gala in September 2021.

What are the prizes?

· Billboard advertising: A two month billboard advertising campaign in Brussels Airport.
· Custom trophy: Winners will receive a personalized Web Awards trophy.
· Custom video: A customised video produced by EURid will be provided to the winners for promotional purposes.
· Digital .eu, .ею or .ευ Web Awards icon: 3 different icon formats will be provided to the winners for their websites and social media accounts.
