10th ETSI/IQC Quantum Safe Cryptography Conference

ETSI and the Institute for Quantum Computing are excited to announce the 10th ETSI/IQC Quantum Safe Cryptography Conference, set to take place in Singapore from 14th to 16th May 2024.

Hosted by the Centre for Quantum Technologies at the National University of Singapore, this event promises to be a landmark occasion in the world of quantum-safe cryptography.

As our dependence on cyber technologies grows, so does our vulnerability to cyber-attacks. With the progress towards a quantum computer that could break current cryptographic defences, the need for quantum secure technologies becomes more urgent. In response, standardisation efforts are gaining pace.

The initial NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) standards are expected in 2024, and our working groups at ETSI are deeply involved in evaluating these standards and their integration into existing protocols and infrastructures👇
