The NGI Outreach Office offers you a comprehensive and personalised digital communication training programme.
This training programme has 12 very detailed sessions where you learn different aspects and the essentials of online communication.

What will you learn in this module?
This more technical module presents the functionalities of six analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Matomo, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics and Instagram Analytics. Participants learn the metrics used to understand user behaviours, but more importantly how to interpret them to validate a strategy’s consistency (business objectives, goals, KPIs, target numbers and audience dimensions) and the evolution of results (traffic, engagement rate, sentiment analysis…) over time.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This training programme is exclusively reserved for NGI projects (CSAs & RIAs) as well as any entity (start-up, individual, organisation…) that receives NGI funding.
