As we announced a few weeks ago, tomorrow takes place the Ontochain Summit, the place to be to learn from industry experts, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and witness the remarkable outcomes of the ONTOCHAIN Project, after three intense years of implementation.

📆 4-5 August - Hackathon 2: Developing trustworthy applications for commerce & other services

By participating in the ONTOCHAIN Hackathon #1, you can develop a blockchain-based application that promotes human rights and contributes to a more secure and trustworthy Internet by addressing any of the exciting challenges:

✅ Digital identity management and Privacy: Provide a secure and user-friendly way for individuals and organisations to manage their digital identities.
✅ Certificates management (passports, driver's licenses, diplomas, tax certificates): Simplify citizens' interactions with public administration. Facilitate the federation of data available by different administration bodies and nations whilst leaving complete control of its data to any data owner.
✅ Medical records management: Leverage patients generated data in a trusted, decentralised way, with proper privacy support.
✅ Social Responsibility: Address common goods, community-based fundraising, support charity activities, support minorities/ refugees, and address energy poverty.
✅ Open topic: Suggest a blockchain-based application to empower human rights for any other relevant domains.

By participating in the ONTOCHAIN Hackathon #2, you can develop a blockchain-based application that drives efficiency and transparency in commerce and other services

✅Supply chain management, cloud services: Support a more secure and transparent track of goods and services.
✅Banking, Finance and Insurance: Enable more efficient and secure operations and the best customer support by enabling new providers (Open Banking).
✅Property management services: Contribute to a decentralised and trusted identification and management of property rights and transfers frame, including notary registration services.
✅ Energy sharing and trading & Environmental sustainability: Facilitate energy management, including community energy management, environmental sustainability, and circular economy.
✅Open topic: Suggest a blockchain-based commerce or related services application on any other relevant domain.
