Innocent Mateeka - is a Project Manager in PEDAL
Consulting and TENDERIO. As a trained lawyer, he has both the
professional and technical competence to effectively execute
extraterritorial projects. He holds a number of academic and
professional qualifications which make him uniquely placed in the
exercise of his duties.
