
The Next Generation Internet (NGI) will be present at the 14th edition of Wolves Summit, a hybrid event held from 19th to 21st October 2021 in Wrocław (Poland) and online. Wolves Summit, the largest tech event in Central and Eastern Europe, aims to foster collaboration between investors and innovators in the region.

One of the NGI highlights at the summit will be a virtual session featuring NGI Innovators who have been beneficiaries of the NGI Research and Innovation Actions’ funding schemes. These include; technologies that improve search and discovery, privacy-enhancing technologies, blockchain technologies to fight misinformation, better data governance, NGI experiments with US teams, and many more.

The Next Generation Internet: Shaping an Internet of Humans will feature a conversation between three of the top innovators funded by NGI Research and Innovation projects. It will also introduce the benefits of the human-centric Internet approach and the upcoming funding opportunities the NGI will grant to innovators.
The session will be held online at the main stage on the 21st October 14:00 - 14:40 CEST, and will be accessible for everyone registered to the Wolves Summit.

The Great Pitch Contest is the Wolves Summit’s official startup competition. Each edition attracts over 1000 startup applications out of which 40-50 tech game-changers get to pitch in the Semi-finals in front of investors, corporations, and other attendees. The top 10 startups will be selected to pitch in the Finals on Thursday, October 21st.
This year’s winners will receive the opportunity to pitch directly in front of AI Startup Incubator's investment board committee, a guaranteed interview with a Techstars Global Startup Pipeline Manager, a scholarship for the next cohort of the InnovX-BCR program, starting in November, as well exclusive access to a tech stack from leading providers in the market.
